I have no problem stating the problem started with me having the incorrect address on the paypal account so I will cop that, that the location was incorrect. Though over the next few months trying to fix the issue became a trying situation.
I was never told where the product went to even though it had tracking on it. I ask that I would be happy to pay the postage if it came back to them so can they let me know, nothing in my email or letter box. I was told I could get a credit for the money though it never became reality. I asked for the link to buy it again,no link was sent.
So I just gave up on it today. I understand the product was worth very little in a dollar figure though it was my understanding that would make it easy to fix, my mistake.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
